Before Managed by Magic was born, Jody Stockton and Kaylea Van Arsdale were working independently, providing executive assistance, operations management, and more support to a variety of Coaches and Small Business Owners. While their work was rewarding, it wasnā€™t without its struggles. Both Jody and Kaylea faced the challenge of wearing multiple hats, balancing personal lives, and trying to carve out a path to success. The pressures of running their own independent businesses, managing demanding workloads, and navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship were a constant challenge.

In 2022, we decided to stop going it alone. With our combined expertise in executive assistance, operations, and accounting management, we formed Managed by Magic. Our goal was clear: create a powerhouse team that would help current and aspiring entrepreneurs not only manage their businesses but thrive!
