1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Managed by Magic LLC, including the Badass Businesswomen Book Club and other offerings such as website design, coaching, and speaking engagements, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Book Club Membership
2.1 Eligibility
The Badass Businesswomen Book Club is exclusively for individuals who identify as women, both cisgender and transgender. This inclusive and supportive environment is crafted to foster a safe space where women from all walks of life can connect, share, and grow together through the power of reading and discussion. Our goal is to ensure that every member feels valued, respected, and comfortable in sharing their insights and experiences. We respectfully request that only those who identify as women join this specific club.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, you must do so by the 15th of the current month to avoid being charged for the next month's book. Cancellations after this date will result in a charge for the next month's book, as it will already be processed for shipping. If you cancel after your book has been shipped, we are unable to provide a refund for that month. For any cancellations or changes to your membership, please contact us directly through our official communication channels.
3. Additional Services
Managed by Magic LLC offers the following services, with specific terms regarding refunds:
3.1 Website Design, Social Media Marketing, and Done-For-You Services
These services are tailored to individual client needs. Due to the customized nature of these services, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced.
3.2 Coaching Services
Our coaching services are designed to provide personal and professional growth. As these services involve significant preparation and customization, refunds are not available.
3.3 Speaking Engagements
Speaking services for various events are non-refundable due to the preparatory work and scheduling involved.
4. Limitation of Liability
Managed by Magic LLC shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to book club membership, website design, coaching, and speaking services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content related to our services, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Managed by Magic LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
